Chart Uploads: Chart images you upload are processed by our AI systems to generate educational analysis. Uploaded images may be temporarily stored for processing and to display your results. We do not share your uploads with third parties.

Authentication: We use NextAuth.js for authentication. If you sign in via a social provider (e.g. Google), we receive only the basic profile information you authorise.

Payments: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. TradingXbert does not store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for more information.

Cookies & Analytics: We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used.

Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing) or as required by law.
